CAMPAIGN FOR AN INDEPENDENT BRITAIN

In a short film on behalf of The Campaign for an Independent Britain (CIB) Peter Troy highlights the key moments of a workshop held in Dawlish, Devon, on 24th September 2014. The principle theme of the event was to discuss how to get the message across to the public that the UK would be better off out of the EU. The afternoon meeting was attended by 34 delegates, some were CIB members, others were interested members of the public – five became members of the CIB at the workshop. The eight minute film links to an edited and illustrated film recording of Dr Richard North’s ‘Flexcit’ lecture which was delivered in the second half of the workshop. THE FLEXCIT LECTURE: Events are fast-moving on whether or not Britain should leave the European Union. There has been a lot of thinking by the CIB and others on how Britain leaves and what leaving actually means. There will be further developments in the near future. A lecture by Dr. Richard North on behalf of the Campaign for an Independent Britain: It is a valuable unique tool in explaining how the UK can exit the EU as well as providing a vision of the UK after it leaves the EU.
